Rental Rules

✔️Minimum renter age of 25

✔️No pets allowed

✔️No smoking allowed

✔️Drivers have to have the insurance required and make sure not expired; if the driver is in an accident or damaged RV trailer, driver insurance will be coverage damage

✔️ Cleaning: cleaning fee optionally, make sure if you did not pay Cleaning, please clean RV trailer Inside and outside, if you drive on dust need to pressure washing, please 

✔️A speed limit of 55 maximum is required to save lives, and the wheel keeps in excellent condition. Thank you 

✔️The late return fee may be an additional $100 charge

A delivery cost may be an additional charge depending on what we’re going to, Toll roads, Ferry, the mountains, or other additional expenses and setup.

Pet:

Pets are NOT allowed in any RV. If there is evidence of pet fur, stains, or scratches, including the smell, there will be a minimum charge of $500.00 fee. The renter is responsible for the cost of any damage caused by pets. Plus, Cleaning fees will apply, starting at 75.00 dollars an hour.

Smoking:

Smoking is NOT allowed in any RV. If evidence of smoking is found, including the smell of cigarette smoke or wood smoke, there will be a minimum charge of $750.00 for Cleaning and deodorizing the RV.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
* Renters are entitled to a full refund, less the web service fee, for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date.
* Less than 30 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable.
* A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least seven days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within seven days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given. If a booking is canceled during a grace period, a full refund, including the web service fee, will be granted.
